立教英国学院より　Independent Schools Inspectorate（イギリス私立学校監査局）からの保護者アンケート依頼

日頃より本校の教育活動にご理解を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。

明日11月4日より3日間、Independent Schools Inspectorate（イギリス私立学校監査局）による監査が行われます。
Independent Schools Inspectorateは定期的にイギリスの私立学校査察を行う機関です。
つきましては、保護者の皆様へのアンケート依頼が届きましたので、お知らせいたします。
以下にあるリンクをクリックしてアンケートのサイトに進んでください。

こちらのアンケートで入力する本校の学校コードはACLY-BHYB-OFOVです。

アンケートの中でSchool Yearを選ぶ欄がありますが、英国の学校ではP5:Year6 / P6:Year7 / M1:Year8 / M2:Year9 / M3:Year10 / H1:Year11 / H2:Year12 / H3:Year13 となります。またアンケート中でSENDとあるのはSpecial Educational Needs and Disabilities（特別教育的支援を必要とする児童・生徒）のことで、学習、行動、発達、身体・感覚面などにおいて、通常の教育だけでは十分な学習が難しい子どもたちを指します。

なお、こちらのアンケート締切は11月4日英国時間午後8時ですのでそれまでにご送信頂きますようご協力をお願いいたします。

Dear Parent or Guardian

 

Your child’s school is being inspected and inspectors would like to hear about your experience as a parent of a pupil at the school through this survey.

Please write any comments underneath. If you have no comments, please leave the box blank. Your comments are very useful to us, and so please do take time to write these.

Your answers and comments are confidential and only the inspectors will read what you have written. We will share with the school the general findings from an analysis of all survey responses. However, if a response suggests that someone is at risk of harm, we will share information with the appropriate people or agencies.

Please complete a separate form for each child you have at the school.

The survey is available for you to complete online at https://surveys.isi.net. The unique code for your school’s inspection is ACLY-BHYB-OFOV and you will need to enter this to access the survey.

The online survey must be completed by 8pm on Tuesday 04 Nov 2025, the first day of the inspection to allow the results to be collated, so please complete the survey as soon as possible.
